College Prep Golf Tour

I understand and affirm that the College Prep Golf Tour (herein after known as CPGT) and course owners and/or operators are not liable for any accidents or injuries suffered while participating in CPGT sponsored events. By completing the registration process, I agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless the CPGT and its agents, representatives and volunteers from any damages suffered by me, my family or my child while participating in, or traveling to or from any program sponsored by the CPGT. I authorize the CPGT to release my child’s scores and photographs to any newspaper, golf publication, golf website, golf organization or college golf coach. One can possibly receive tour credits and refunds under the conditions below. I have read and agree to the terms set forth.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Pull out 10 days or more before the tournament starts, 100% Tour Credit that can be used anytime in the future
     or
• 50% Credit Card Refund
• Pull out less than 10 days before the tournament starts, no refunds or credits, unless you have a letter from a doctor or clergyman (*see details below)

Conditions for Credits and Refunds:

• Memberships fees are not refundable 
• Tournaments that are cancelled entirely due to weather, participants can either play in the tournament when it is rescheduled or receive a tour credit for the cost of the tournament.  
• *Withdrawals  due to injury, sickness or death will not get a credit unless you have a note from a doctor or clergyman that the player was physically unable to play or a close friend or relative passed away (no relatives allowed as the doctor or clergyman).  The amount given will be as though you pulled out 10 days or more prior to the tournament starting.
